Avalon and Stone Harbor have many family-friendly activities and nightlife. You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the comfy beds, and the southern exposure. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big (responsible;) groups.
Enjoy fishing off the dock, swimming and floating in the bay and the great water views. We hope you will consider spending some time at our summer house which is available year round. We also own an adjoining house attached to this house that is also available for rent. Together they would provide 8 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 outside showers, 2 kitchens and dining area, 2 living rooms and 3 attached decks in addition to the rear yard pier and floating dock. If you are interested in hosting a large family and friends gathering let us know so we can see if we can accommodate you.

About the Owner
This house is the south house part of a 2 unit condo on the bay. We owned the north unit since 2000 and decided to purchase this south unit when it came on the market to have additional space for family and friends. The two adjoining (front/back) houses together can provide 8 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 outside showers, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas and 2 living areas for large family group. Although we love spending time in Avalon we also rent these house so others can enjoy them and for some extra money.Location
