Our house is right on the bay with dock access and is only a short walk to the beach...the best of both worlds.  Avalon and Stone Harbor have many family-friendly activities and nightlife. You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the comfy beds, and the southern exposure.  Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big (responsible;) groups.
We also own the adjoining house.  Together they would provide 8 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 outside showers, 2 kitchens and dining area, 2 living rooms and 3 attached decks in addition to the rear yard pier and floating dock.  If you are interested in hosting a large family and friends gathering let us know so we can see if we can accommodate you.

Built in 1909 and fully renovated with all modern amenities in 2022, The Pebbles is one of the largest and most luxurious homes in Stone Harbor available for rent. With an incredible history as former guest house hosting many people far and wide, including Woodrow Wilson, the Rockettes and the Philly Pops, the Pebbles has provided countless opportunities for families and friends to come together to enjoy Stone Harbor.  The Pebbles has 8 bedrooms (7 ensuite), 9 full bathrooms (including a full cabana bathroom on ground floor by the pool) and 1 powder room.  There are 4 large family room areas to spread out in a crowded house as well as 2 wrap around porches (floors 1 and 2) in the front of the house, a private deck off the primary bedroom overlooking the ocean (floor 3), 2 rear porches overlooking the ocean (floors 2 and 3) and a rear ground level entertainment area including a covered outdoor grilling station, eating area, bar area with tv with an adjacent pool and hot tub.

The Pebbles is now a 2nd home which is also available for rent. The rates provided on the site are for your exclusive use of the whole house (it is no longer a commercial guest house rented room by room).
